1) The app is crashing — what do I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If it keeps crashing, delete and reinstall from the App Store.
2) How do I switch between drummers?
Tap the 👤 button in the top right corner of the home screen.
3) Can my child use the app without internet?
Yes! All lessons, rudiments and games work completely offline. Songs require no internet either.

Microphone
The app uses your device microphone solely to provide real-time drumming feedback. Audio is processed entirely on your device and is never recorded, stored or transmitted anywhere.
Children
DrumsAlive is designed for children aged 5-12. We do not collect any data from children or adults. The app includes a parent gate to ensure parental awareness.
Data Storage
All profile data (names, progress, scores) is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is sent to external servers.

Subscriptions
DrumsAlive offers in-app subscriptions (DrumsAlive Pro Annual and DrumsAlive Pro Monthly) that unlock premium content including lessons, songs, rudiments, and games.
Payment Processing: All subscription payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. DrumsAlive does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings on your device.
Subscription Status: The app stores your subscription status locally on your device to unlock premium features. No subscription data is transmitted to our servers.
Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is offered for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period and can cancel anytime.
